Most dogs love to be around other dogs, it helps them to learn how to act properly for their social and mental wellbeing. But it’s also important that group walks are right for your dog, so at Woofies we make the induction and introduction an important factor by giving them a day or two of meet and greets before they join the Crew. This way we will introduce your precious family member to the centre, staff and other dogs to ensure it’s right for them, you and us so that they can have the best time whilst with us. Sometimes it isn’t right and that’s not a reflection on you or your dog, but like humans, they all have their own personalities and traits which make them unique. If they love it and fit in the benefits of Walking can include:-
- Being more comfortable around other dogs and people
- They learn positive behaviour which leads to less doggie mischief at home
- They find their BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever)
- Staying physically fit as pet obesity is a growing concern according to the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention, a huge percentage of dogs are obese which isn’t great for their health or lifespan.

We provide great feedback to owners so they can understand their dog’s temperament in a group environment and we can also advise on how to replicate our training at home.
